Free Shipping on U.S. orders over $50

All U.S. orders over $50 (after any discounts have been applied) ship FREE. Any U.S. order of $50 or less (excluding taxes) will have the option to choose method of shipping upon checkout..  Most orders ship same or next day!!!

Restrictions and additional information for destinations outside the U.S.

Packing slips for orders shipped outside the U.S. show the total declared value, but do not include itemized pricing. Detailed pricing information is contained in the confirmation email you receive when you place your order. Please print or save this order confirmation receipt for your records.

Orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to Customs inspections and/or fees according to the regulations of the destination country. Naturalskinrx.com is not responsible for these actions or any reimbursement of Customs fees or taxes.

Some countries may hold packages in Customs for a period of time. Due to USPS guidelines, we are unable to locate these packages until 30 days after the shipping date.

All shipping services are not available in all areas. When necessary, NaturalSkinRx.com reserves the right to change your delivery method at no additional cost.

Back-Ordered Items

If a product is inadvertently out-of-stock or accidentally over allocated, the rest of your order will be shipped without delay. The receipt sent with each order will show items not shipped.

If a back order is shipped to an address in the Continental USA, you will not be charged a second shipping charge. Orders shipped to other destinations will pay the actual shipping charge for the back ordered item.

If we did not have an item marked as “out-of-stock” when you ordered and it is unexpectedly out-of-stock, you will be notified by email of this situation where you will have the opportunity to order a substitute or cancel the back order.
