When using this product you simply use as much as you would like in the warm tub water but you can easily get 4-5 uses out of the bottle. You then fill the water enough to where the water falls just below your chest as you are laying, then close your eyes and relax. The smell floats into your nose and to my surprise was really relaxing. I was able to achieve my meditation state with ease. I felt amazing afterwards and really felt like a new person. I have used this a few times since getting it a few weeks ago.
